Daily housekeeping services, which consist of general cleaning, take place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Sundays. Should one of your guests require special times of service, requests may be made directly with Housekeeping or your Catering/Events Manager.
The suggested housekeeping gratuity is $2.00 per day. Some groups may have the gratuity rate predetermined in the contract and billed to the master account.
Each guest room is provided with an iron and ironing board, bath amenities, coffee maker with regular and decaffeinated coffee and tea, hairdryer, in-room safe, and a small refrigerator. Cribs are available at no charge and rollaway beds are available at $15 per night. Please note there is a maximum of four persons (including children) allowed per room.
